This is the newer, JDM model Toyota bB, not available in the US.  It has been around since 2005 and has been quite popular.  There is not much of an aftermarket scene for this, unfortunately, but this lightly tuned example above looks perfect backed in here.  This car is based on a Daihatsu Materia, with Subaru joining the mix in 2008 with their Subaru Dex.  I love the aggressive window lines on this car.
