Bean Garage Conditions of Use.
Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Bean Garage LLC holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Bean Garage or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Bean Garage. All other trademarks not owned by Bean Garage or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Bean Garage. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bean Garage reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bean Garage reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Bean Garage may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online order with Bean Garage, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card or Paypal account will be charged immediately.
If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Payment Terms
Bean Garage accepts credit cards and Paypal payments through its online shopping cart with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Bean Garage does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
