Traveling is one of the best things you can do in life. You get to leave your “bubble” and every little experience seems to be the best. Who knew that buying a soda out of a vending machine was so fun? Or just walking the streets? Everything seems to be different when you travel, because it is all so different and new. The above image was from the World Fair Expo in Aichi, Japan 2005. This pattern was a wall along one of the country’s exhibits and I thought it was particularly cool! As I’m sure all of you know, this is the new Nissan GTR sitting proudly in the Nissan Showroom in Tokyo. I think this car represents what I love about Japan; modest but somehow aggressive, high quality, technologically advanced… After the hustle and bustle of modern Japanese cities, you can find quiet alcoves to relax and reflect.
